He hasn't spoke on the Death Penalty yet, guess he don't want to mention it due to that more people are murdered in his home state than any state in the union.

He would say that the death penalty should only be used to put down a viable baby that committed the crime of surviving a botched abortion. He voted thusly. Other than that, he certainly would not buck his believers by stating that capital punishment is OK for mass murderers or radical 1960's bombers or foreign terrorists.
