Lots of it is going into TV spots in Pennsylvania right now, apparently, also Indiana. Not sure what's on the air in North Carolina. The Obama campaign has consistently gotten ads on the air before the Clinton campaign in state after state.

I believe he has hired experts to put hidden messages in his commercials to make people believe all the BS that comes out of his mouth!! That costs AlOt of money. Oh, and he bought new rims.

Most of the money is going to the media---it costs a lot to advertise during prime time or during the news---and just because Obama and Clinton are candidates does not give them a discount.....

Perhaps alot of it is going to hisself and freinds . He spent a whole year as a senator traveling the country to promote his books he wrote and other useles junkets using tax payers money,he missed more senate meetings than any other senator in the house in a years time and only signed his name to one bill in that years time which was for some sort of african relief aid

It is going to unnecessary commerials and advertisements.....All of that money that all of the candidates spend is way beyond my comprehension. We have falling bridges, roads caving in, homeless people starving, people losing their homes and the list goes on and on.......If we as Americans can spend that kind of money on Presidential candidates, why can't we wipe out homelessness?

In Philly, it is common for the candidate to give a ton of money to the party bosses and have them deal with the ads for the canidate. However, Obama refused to deal with the party bosses and now must do all of his own advertising in the area.
