Question: Why is barack obama black?

He seems to be a white man but he is black why is this? how can he get president? i thought black people worked in fileds still whats up with taht?!

President Obama's skin tone is because of his genetics, his skin is the colour it is because of who his parents were. He got to be president by campaigning well, and being the best candidate, thus winning the votes of the American people.

He was born in Kenya, there is a high rate of black babies born there. It was just statistically what should have happend.

Barack Obama belongs to the seed or descendants of the African origin.but he was born and brought up in America as Afro-American and hence he seems to be white but he is not.any citizen of America can become president if he is resident of that country according to laws irrespective of colour or creed according to American constitution.
